July sees the 2018 Summer Season of the award-winning Business Fives’ Powerleague Football Events kick off!

With continued support from Scottish Construction Now, Scottish Housing News and Scottish Property Federation here will be two Construction, Housing and Property Events. There will be an event held in Edinburgh on Tuesday 24th July and in Glasgow on Thursday 9th August. The Powerleague Football Events allow companies a unique opportunity to change the office for the football pitch, turn colleagues into team mates and make some new connections with the teams they are playing alongside all whilst raising money for charity at the same time.

Business Fives will visit Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee and Inverness with 11 events throughout the summer before returning to Edinburgh for the National Final on September 26th.

A range of companies from the sector have already signed up for the Powerleague Football Events with Kindgom HA, ESPC, Thomson Gray, Braemore Property, Wise Property Group Dougall Baillie Associates and City Building Engineering Services, ENGIE, Stewart & Shields, Story Contracting, Alpha Trade Solutions, Castle Rock Edinvar, GVA, CALA Homes etc so far.

The tournament boasts well known ambassadors including former stars Gordon Smith, Andy walker, Pat Stanton and Gary Mckay and personalities BBC pundit Tam McManus along with David Tanner.

The Construction, Housing and Property events will see companies from across the cenral belt try to take the title from the reigning champions, in Edinburgh, Hudson and in Glasgow, A.C Whyte & Co LD.

Each business taking part in the Powerleague Football Events will be asked to nominate a charity partner to play for and will compete not just for the title of champions but for a bumper donation from Business Fives. With an aim to raise more that £25,000 Business Fives will continue to donate 10% of revenue to the champions chosen charity.
